What software do I need to install, or minimum requirements?

The service is accessed via a web browser, so you do not need to install any special software on your computer.

We recommend running any of the following browsers:

• Mozilla Firefox 115.x (Extended Support Release version).
• Safari 17.
• Safari on an iPad with iPadOS 17.
• Safari on an iPhone with iOS 17.

We recommend switching autofill features off, especially AutoFill Passwords on the iPad, which causes long delays on some pages.
